1. Agreement to Terms
By using blackjackcardcounter.net, the desktop software, or the Blackjack Card Counter Mobile app (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. The Service is operated by Boogster LLC, 3213 Duke Street #687, Alexandria, VA 22314.
2. What the Service Is
Blackjack Card Counter is an educational card counting tool available as free browser-based counters, downloadable desktop software (Windows, macOS, Linux), and a mobile app (iOS, Android). It is a practice and reference tool — it does not connect to, interact with, or place bets at any casino or gambling platform.
3. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the software to build a competing product. Purchasing a license key or subscription unlocks additional features within the Service — it doesn't transfer ownership of the software to you.
4. Desktop Software Purchases
The desktop software is free to use with the Easy Red 7 and Uston SS counting systems. Registering unlocks all 21 preset strategies for a one-time payment of $14.99, processed securely through Stripe. An additional license for a second computer is $7.49. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — there is no recurring billing. License keys are tied to the serial number generated for your installation and are non-transferable.
5. Mobile App Purchases & Subscriptions
The mobile app is free to use with the Easy Red 7 and Uston SS counting systems. Unlocking all preset strategies is available either as a one-time lifetime purchase or as an auto-renewing annual subscription (“Pro Strategies”), billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever store you downloaded the app from.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same length and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged through your App Store or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your device's account settings, or from the “Manage Subscription” link in the app. Since Apple and Google process these payments directly, refunds for mobile purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we're not able to issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases ourselves.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for anything illegal, to violate any casino's terms of service, or in a jurisdiction where card counting tools or online gambling are prohibited. You're responsible for complying with the laws and casino rules that apply to you — see our Disclaimer for more.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Boogster LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Blog content and educational material may be shared with attribution, but the software itself may not be copied or redistributed.
8. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that using a counting strategy will lead to any particular outcome at the table.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boogster LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any gambling losses. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these terms. You can stop using the Service, and cancel any subscription, at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
